Downpipe Unblocking & Gutter Clearance in Birmingham & West Midlands

Emergency Downpipe Unblocking & Rainwater Pipe Care in Birmingham & West Midlands

Downpipes become choked when heavy roof moss, pine needles, decomposing leaves, and bird debris wash into the narrow 68mm drop outlet and compact inside the curved swan-neck bend. In Birmingham & West Midlands, this creates a solid plug that stops all drainage.

When water backs up, the weight stresses downpipe brackets and forces water out through joint seams, causing penetrating damp on interior walls.

• Industrial 3000W wet/dry vacuum extraction clears stubborn swan-neck blockages
• Rotary auger snakes dislodge deep debris plugs without dismantling pipework
• High-pressure downpipe flushing clears underground drainage shoes and gullies
• Inspection and refitting of loose downpipe masonry brackets
